Spring into Action Job and Career Fair

Murrieta, CA— January 9, 2018 — Looking for a fresh start, want a better job, or a new career plan?  The City of Murrieta, will provide a career fair to help our community and surrounding communities with participating employers taking action into hiring potential employees.  Spring into Action job seekers will find a wealth of career opportunities at this free job fair.  A variety of employers from both the public and private sectors will be eager to hire for immediate openings in a wide range of fields. This job fair will bring together local businesses and our community's skilled workforce to help businesses grow and positively impact Murrieta’s economic vitality.
City of Murrieta and Murrieta Chambers of Commerce in partnership with Before the Transition, Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit (BTT) in hosting the Spring into Action Job Career Fair on February 13, 2018 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at the Murrieta Innovation Center, 26442 Beckman Ct, Murrieta, CA 9256.

New jobs in the hospitality, construction and health care industries are driving employment numbers up. Workshop for Job Seekers

Are you ready for the Murrieta Job Career Fair?
Perhaps you’re nervous about what to expect and how to be successful at the Job Fair. Do not fear, we will alleviate your stress by providing a Job Fair Workshop!  
Participants will receive one-on-one job coaching, training to prepare for the job fair.  The workshops will be conducted on February 9, 2018 at the Innovation High School (formerly Diego Hills Charter), Murrieta Learning Center, 39665 Avenida Acacias, Ste. A, Murrieta, CA 92563, Main 951-249-7641, Time: 12pm - 3pm
Workshops for those that need to brush-up on their employment skills such as: resumes, application process, mock interviews, and how to dress for success (also how to tie a tie) to make that first impression.   After the workshops, the nonprofit Before the Transition, Inc.’s “Suit 4a Suit” – “Changing the World, “1 Suit at a Time”, “1000 Suits for Women Veterans”, “Suit-up a Youth”, “Modeling for a Cause” projects, run by CEO/Founder Dorothy Lee.  One of the first clothing closets to fully integrated on-site with community base organizations who helps not only veterans, foster youth, seniors, and those formally incarcerated, but all residents of the surrounding counties in the Riverside, Ventura, and Los Angeles neighborhoods, where unemployment is high.  They will provide new and gently used business/casual attire (men jeans).  Mostly men clothing and some women clothing {sizes vary) for those in need will be distributed.
